Defects in Materials or Manufacturing

If your HandyFidgetGround™ product is found to have a defect related to materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product or affected part at no extra charge, subject to availability.

Proper Use

Warranty coverage applies to products used under normal conditions and for their intended function. Our fidget tools are made for regular hand use, controlled motion, and desk settings, and are not intended for excessive force or improper handling.

Authorized Purchases

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the official HandyFidgetGround™ website or from approved and authorized sellers.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal cosmetic wear, including light scratches, surface marks, or finish fading
  
• Damage resulting from drops, impacts, misuse, or neglect
  
• Cosmetic imperfections that do not impact product function
  
• Damage caused by improper use, disassembly, or unauthorized alterations
  
• Corrosion or issues caused by exposure to moisture or improper storage
  
• Lost or stolen items
  
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or secondary marketplaces
  
• Use of non-HandyFidgetGround™ parts or third-party accessories
  

All HandyFidgetGround™ products are covered by a one-year warranty starting from the original purchase date. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

If a replacement is approved and the original item is no longer available, a comparable product of equal value may be offered.

Limited-run, special-finish, or customized HandyFidgetGround™ products are covered under the same One-Year Limited Warranty for functional defects. Natural variations in finish, color, or appearance are considered normal and are not treated as defects.

• Proof of purchase – Please retain your order confirmation or receipt.
  
• Issue details – Photos or a short video may be requested for evaluation.
  
• Submit a claim – Reach out to our support team to begin the process.
  
• Return if required – If inspection is necessary, we will provide clear instructions.
  

Once your claim is approved, we will provide a suitable resolution, such as a repair or replacement.
